Program 1P-90x aka Power 90 Extreme  -  This program created by Fitness Trainer extrodinaire Tony Horton consist of great cardio and strength training.  Weights and Pullup Bar required.  This program has an international following and everybody loves it.  If you have not worked out in a long time, it may be a challange to keep up.  Take your time and work out at your own pace.   In 90 days you will be in the best shape of your life. 

 Program 2 - Insanity - This program is just what the titled says, INSANE.  Just like P=90X, this program makes you DIG DEEP.  This program is brought to you by the creator of Hip Hop Abs (Shaun T) but this is nothing like Hip Hop Abs.  It’s intense, hard driving…it’s Insane!  The best thing about this program is the satisfaction that comes with getting through the first week.  As a track and field runner and a bodybuilder, I love this workout as it give my a good workout for both sports.  If you are looking to be in better shape than anyone on your block, Insanity is FOR YOU!

 Program 3The Mental Hurdle of Fitness Success System - this is a program from fitness coach and motivator Brian K. Bailey (That’s Me!)  It contains the actions steps to help you mentally prepare for your fitness or Weight Loss success.    I created this program because I understand the true foundation to a good workout program is mental preparation.  This program consist of a workbook the is accompanied by a walk you through CD.  It also has a BONUS gift that comes with it titled “Conversations With a Fitness Trainer.”  This is a one on one interview that I conduct with Fitness Trainer Anita Golden.  Add this program to your collection for fitness or weight loss success.

 Program 5 - Chairacizing – Get Fit While You Sit - Brian K. Bailey is at it again with his exercise programs.  This time he created the perfect “Low Impact” workout.  It’s a 20 minute workout that really gets you grooving in your seat.  This program is great for anyone with limited ability to jump up and down during workouts.  Do you know someone that would love to do a great workout from the seat of thier pants.  If so, order them this program today!

Program 8 - Power 90 -  This program is  Fat burning and total-body sculpting focused on abs, thighs, and upper body. This is what started th P90 craze! Once people completed 90 Days of Power 90 , they wanted more.  So came P-90X (Extreme). As a fitness Coach, I recommend those who are really not in shape to start with this program first before taking it to the Extreme!  Great program for beginning exercisers!
